What is an LED Light Facial

It is a facial rejuvenation treatment that uses specially coded LED lights to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, shrink pores, stimulate collagen production, and encourage cellular renewal. This LED facial uses a process called photomodulation.

What is Photomodulation?

It is the use of LED or low-level treatment to improve something in the skin. Such treatments have been used for years in sports medicine to reduce swelling and inflammation in jints. In dermatology such treatments can be used either alone or in combination with other laser treatments to promote anti-aging, improve acne or lessen melisma.

The technology has been used by NASA, NAVY Seals and doctors to regenerate muscles and quickly heal wounds. It is a non-invasive treatment which does not pose any harm to your skin, and has also been proven to be safe.

1. Red light 630nm

What does the treatment entail?

The treatment takes 50 minutes and includes a Consultation including the back ground of your Skin and Diet; Observation of the Skin, Steam, Cleanse which will degrease the face, Steam, Exfoliation, Extraction and then the LED Mask with the colours on in accordance with your skin type, Toner and Moisturiser at the end.
