Holly strives to exceed your expectations. These guidelines will help enhance your beauty treatment experience. Due to the length of most of the services, it is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
RESERVATION, LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY
CONFIRMATION CALLS - As a courtesy, you will receive an email and text message confirmation two days prior to your appointment date. However, if for some reason you do not receive the reminder, kindly understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fee.
FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS
Your appointments are very important and is reserved especially for you. We require a booking fee for all appointments. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and changes to your appointment time.
Our non-refundable booking fee will be found on the BOOK NOW page when you book your appointment. This policy is also applicable to prepaid promotions and services for ALL appointments at The Edge Hair and Beauty Salon. When you make your appointment and pay the non-refundable booking fee, you are agreeing to adhere to our policy.
LATE POLICY
There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, however, we cannot guarantee we can accomodate the service you booked as we must extend the same courtesty for all our clients to be on time. Should you arrive later than 15 minutes and we are unable to service you, a late cancellation charge of £10.00 will still apply.
PAYMENT
Cash, bank transfer and PayPal accepted. Prices do not include gratuity. All prices and services are subject to change without notice.
